Responsibilities:
1. Source Candidates from different job Portals.
2. Conduct Initial Telephonic Rounds.
3. Co- ordinate with internal team for scheduling Interview.
4. Collect follow - ups with management and candidate regarding Interview.
5. Assist in Joining process, Maintain all document and Complete the formalities.
Requirements:
1. 12th pass, Graduate(Preferred).
2. Good communication and Managerial skills.
3. Should have good Interpersonal Skill.
4. Having Computer Knowledge is a plus.
5. Language known: Hindi, Gujarati, English(Preferred).
