- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, governance standards, and strategic reviews.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise hybrid or offshore recruiter teams, handling daily workload distribution and performance tracking.
- Delivery & SLA Tracking: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to meet or exceed agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality metrics.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization, and adoption of sourcing technologies.
- Market Intelligence: Present data dashboards, talent trends, and reporting metrics to client executives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of total experience in talent acquisition, with proven operational experience managing RPO accounts or enterprise recruiting programs.
- Skills: Robust expertise in client handling, stakeholder management, and data dashboard analytics (MIS/ATS systems).
- Competencies: Excellent problem-solving, team coaching, and process compliance abilities
