- Should have solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, and knowledge of Employee relation, Employee retention (Industry: Automotive, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Construction)
- Excellent communication skills, Good command over English Language, and thorough Knowledge of Computers (Microsoft word, Excel power Point )
- Should have adequate knowledge of Contract labour Management.
- Should have adequate knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Industrial Relations.
- Should be result Oriented under stringent time Schedule.
- Finalization of manpower requirement for the O&M; as per the work design parameters.
- Timely closure of open positions through internal /external candidates
