We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead for a leading Health Insurance company to manage end-to-end recruitment and support business growth through effective talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales and Sales support functions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage interview coordination, offer closures, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Track recruitment metrics, TAT, and hiring progress through regular MIS.
- Support employer branding and process improvement initiatives.
