We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a short-term internship (1-2 months). This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and core HR operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Post job descriptions on standard job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

- HR Operations:
- Assist with the onboarding process for recent hires, including document collection and verification.
- Maintain employee files, databases, and HR records.
- Support daily HR operational tasks and respond to internal queries.




- Help organize intern engagements or company activities.

Requirements & Skills

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and general HR functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ZOHO
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
