We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in IT Permanent& Contract Staffing and Recruitment Sourcing.

Key Requirements

Exp in consulting background is mandatory

4–6 years of experience in IT Recruitment

Strong experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing

Hands-on expertise in FTE, C2C & C2H

Experience working with Tier 1 clients

Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills

Excellent negotiation and convincing skills

Strong candidate engagement and follow-up

Ability to handle requirements independently and drive closures





Robust understanding of the IT staffing market
