We’re Hiring: Intern – Talent & Culture

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Talent & Culture Intern to join our People team. This is a great chance for someone passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and building a strong workplace culture.

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Duration: 6 months

What You’ll Do

- Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening,



interview scheduling and coordination.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Assist with employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Support HR operations, employee data management and documentation.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding and engagement reports.
- Support HR policy communication while maintaining confidentiality.
