We are looking for an experienced, energetic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional who can take ownership of recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, follow-up and successful closures.
What We Are Looking For
We need someone who has:
- 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication skills and good command of English and Hindi; Marathi will be an advantage
- Ability to conduct effective cold calls and warm calls
- Good understanding of candidate screening and interview processes
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to convert interested candidates into successful placements. Target-oriented and results-driven attitude
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases and other channels. Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
Screening & Calling
- Conduct initial candidate screening
- Understand candidate experience, skills, salary expectations and career goals
- Communicate job opportunities clearly and professionally
- Follow up consistently with candidates
Interview Management
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers
- Ensure candidates are well-informed and prepared
- Track interview status and feedback
Recruitment Closure
- Drive candidates through the recruitment funnel
- Maintain regular follow-ups until joining
- Support offer acceptance and joining processes
- Work towards defined monthly placement and closure targets
Performance will be measured through:
- Quality candidates sourced
- Screening and interview conversions
- Candidate engagement
- Interview-to-selection ratio
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Successful recruitment closures
- Achievement of monthly targets
