We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and an opportunity to learn how talent acquisition functions in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and support various aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen candidate profiles against job requirements and create suitable candidate shortlists.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in maintaining and updating candidate data, recruitment trackers, and the ATS.
- Support the team with follow-ups, interview feedback, and offer-related coordination.
- Conduct basic market mapping and talent research for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Assist with employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives, as required.
- Support in preparing recruitment reports and tracking key hiring metrics.
Eligibility & Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace is preferred.
