Identify needs in discussion with Seniors in various departments of the company.

Discuss and prepare clear Job descriptions

Share listings on Jobsites

Ability to search for passive jobseekers through active candidates

Filter out and sort resumes

Call shortlisted candidates for first round of screening and call them over for an interview if they match Job Descriptions.

Negotiate salaries based on bandwidth provided by seniors

Help in onboarding process till the candidate joins and hand hold them after they join for the first few days.

Preferred candidate profile

You should be fluent in English and Tamil and preferably one more language.

Should have a explicit understanding of Job Descriptions provided.

Must be adept at preparing the right JD's and picking the right candidates based on JD.

Keep the candidates updated at all times regarding the progress of their job status.

Negotiate Salary benefits and other perks clearly with candidates.

Should be a team player.

You are responsible for a candidate from start of the hiring process till after onboarding.
