CTC: Negotiable up to 6.50LPA

Age: Up to 35 years

Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet our current and future business needs. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements to extending competitive job offers.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of proactive sourcing strategies, a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and a data-driven approach to recruitment

Preferred candidate profile

Education: MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience:



3-6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, or a similar full-cycle recruitment role in Insurance Industry.
- Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and advanced Boolean search strings.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport quickly with both stakeholders and candidates.
- Market Knowledge: A clear understanding of changing talent trends, industry salary benchmarks, and local employment laws.
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, resilience, adaptability, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
