Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (Non-IT) with 3+ years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, interview coordination experience, and the ability to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment workplace.

Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for Sales, Operations, HR, Accounts, Finance, Customer Support, and other Non-IT roles.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring pipelines.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
