We are looking for a Recruitment Operations skilled to support and streamline end-to-end hiring processes. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews, managing recruitment data, and ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations and hiring activities

- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication

- Maintain and update ATS/recruitment databases

- Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle

- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation

- Track hiring metrics, reports, and recruitment dashboards

- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes

- Coordinate with HR, vendors, and external agencies

- Handle background verification and onboarding coordination

- Improve recruitment processes and operational efficiency
