Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for various non-IT roles through social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other sources.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for each position.

- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Solid understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and trends.

- Excellent sourcing skills using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
