Vrinda Nexus International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Recruitment & Talent Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, database & referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
- Evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, salary & notice period
- Coordinate interviews and client feedback
- Share shortlisted profiles with clients
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in ATS
- Manage salary discussions, offers and joining follow-ups




- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment & pipeline reports
- Build strong candidate talent pipelines

Required Skills

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Candidate convincing and negotiation skills
- LinkedIn sourcing & internet research
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets
- ATS knowledge preferred
- Strong follow-up and time management
- Attention to detail

Graduate in any discipline | MBA HR preferred
