Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, referrals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support hiring drives, walk-ins, and bulk recruitment initiatives.
Skills Required
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Experience using Naukri and other job portals
- Candidate engagement and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
