About the Role

First Connect Worldwide LLC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities across the complete hiring cycle and working closely with hiring managers to fulfill business hiring requirements.

This is a hands-on recruitment role involving candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions across relevant job portals and recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Search and identify relevant candidates using Boolean search and other sourcing techniques.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate experience, communication skills, suitability, and interest.
- Coordinate interview rounds between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Discuss compensation, communicate offers, negotiate when required, and manage candidate expectations.
- Handle post-offer follow-ups and ensure candidates remain engaged until joining.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and support the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and follow up on pending candidates and open positions.
- Assist in improving sourcing and recruitment processes.




- Support the HR team with day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities.

Requirements
- 1– 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Candidates with prior recruitment internship experience along with full-time TA experience may also apply.
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and candidate selection process.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable conducting telephonic interviews.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
- Proactive approach with good ownership and attention to detail.
- Ability to work from the office in Noida Sector 62.
