We are looking for an energetic, target-driven and highly networked Field Recruitment & Team Building Manager to build and expand our Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Support teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit Sales Executives, Business Associates, Team Leaders, Sales/Marketing Managers, Tele callers and support staff.
- Conduct field recruitment drives, campus recruitment drives, Job melas, walk-in interviews and networking activities across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Build a continuous pipeline of talented sales and marketing professionals.
- Source candidates through direct sourcing, colleges, personal networking, and referrals.
- Identify experienced professionals from Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom,



Automobile, Retail and other sales industries.
- Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews with management.
- Follow up with selected candidates through the offer-to-joining stage.
- Develop recruitment sources and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Support the rapid expansion of the company's sales and marketing teams.

- Strong field-sales/recruitment mindset and target orientation.
- Excellent communication, networking and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable meeting and approaching current people every day.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of recruitment requirements.
- Experience in Recruitment, Field Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Staffing, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom or Automobile Sales is preferred.
