We are looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract. The role will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle end to end, partnering with hiring managers and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management and candidate coordination, with the ability to manage multiple requirements in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing through offer and joining.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill sets and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and other relevant channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience,



compensation and overall role fit.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interview processes with hiring stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong and engaged candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage offer discussions, compensation alignment and candidate negotiations within defined guidelines.
