Role Summary:

You will design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions leveraging Talend, ensuring seamless data flow across banking and enterprise environments. Your role includes crafting highly reliable ETL pipelines that manage varying data formats from diverse sources, primarily RDBMS and flat files, guaranteeing consistent data availability and quality essential for critical financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, optimize, and document Talend ETL workflows aligned with business requirements, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Implement robust data ingestion processes from relational databases such as MySQL and SQL Server, as well as enterprise file systems.
- Build configurable and reusable Talend components enabling efficient job scheduling and execution.
- Manage incremental data loads with comprehensive error handling and recovery mechanisms to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor pipeline execution, proactively identify and resolve data loading failures,



and maintain operational excellence.
- Perform detailed SQL data validations and implement performance tuning to optimize ETL operations.
- Assure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation, adhering strictly to industry compliance and governance standards.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational objectives.
- Adhere to established coding standards, deployment protocols, and data governance policies to uphold software quality.

Essential Skills:

- Proven expertise of 3+ years with Talend Data Integration for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL solutions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex querying, data manipulation, joins, and validation techniques across MySQL and SQL Server.
- Deep understanding of ETL and data integration best practices, data pipeline architecture and workflow optimization.
- Experience processing and handling large datasets with batch data processing frameworks.
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to clarify requirements and report issues transparently.
- Analytical thinking for problem-solving and troubleshooting data inconsistencies or pipeline failures.

Good to Have:

- Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter or similar ETL tools, preferably over 1 year.
- Exposure to banking or financial services domains, understanding regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with data quality checks, reconciliation techniques, and auditing controls for sensitive data.
