Onboarding Process

2- 8 years of end to end experience in candidate Onboarding process preferable in international onboarding experience

Experience in HRIS System

Point of contact for candidates in pre- hire stage - coordinate ene to end onboarding process

Interview Scheduling Specialist / Interview Scheduler





3-6 years of experience in Interview Scheduling (preferably US Recruitment but any international Recruitment/ Interview Scheduling is required)

Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) is a plus.

Manage and coordinate the scheduling of interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain and update interview calendars to reflect current schedules and availability.

Provide regular status reports and updates to TA/HM regarding the scheduling process
