Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Tableau Developer with 2-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), data visualization, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, data modeling, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Develop and optimize Tableau data sources, extracts, and calculations.
- Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with business users, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Monitor dashboard performance and implement enhancements as needed.
- Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues.
- Support migration, upgrades,



and deployment of Tableau environments.
- Develop and maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and reporting processes.

Tableau Expertise

- Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of dashboard design principles and data visualization best practices.

BI & Reporting Tools
- Knowledge of Power BI, QlikView, or other BI tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
