Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans for flight control systems (FCS) software using 8D principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement corrective actions through FMS processes.

- Conduct thorough analysis of FCS system behavior during testing, identifying issues and reporting them to stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain documentation of test results, including defect reports and status updates.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in aerospace or related field with expertise in FCS system testing.

- Robust understanding of 8D principles and methodologies for problem-solving.

- Proficiency in FMS tools such as Flight Control Systems Management System (FMS).

- Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
