As part of Global Operations, in Specialty Lines we are responsible for supporting customers with their mobile devices repairs & cybersecurity matters. This role aims at providing timely Operational support to our Platform teams by enabling:



Optimal Quality Management mechanisms, monitoring Strategic KPIs such as: VOC, Customer Satisfaction, Complaints and other OPS metrics. Guaranteeing robust procedures to comply with Standards and regulatory needs, enabling capabilities to deliver Excellence, such as: Learning & Development, Quality Assurance while supporting experts in Risks Monitoring and Operations Analytics. This role is a Hybrid role however for onboarding and training purposes there will be a requirement to be in the office on joining.
