3+ years of SAP experience with AMS/Support and Rollout Projects.



Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS). Strong knowledge of SAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities. Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, and Planning Book maintenance. Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring. Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4 HANA and APO. Good understanding of customized business processes/templates. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer-facing skills. Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like Service Now/ITSM. Good to Have Skills
Cross-functional integration knowledge with PP, MM, SD, and LE. Technical knowledge of Debugging, Workflows, and IDocs. Experience in preparing solution documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions. Exposure to KPI-driven support environments and SL
