Someone with a keen interest in optimising system performance and troubleshooting technical issues. Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MAC, Linux). Experience in working in quick-paced environments, preferably in startups or tech companies. Top 3 Daily Tasks:

diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly and act as the go-to person for all IT-related queries. Monitor and manage Laptop & Desktop performance, ensuring system availability and reliability. Maintain system documentation and configurations, updating records regularly for compliance and operational continuity. Top 5 Skills you should possess:
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, MAC, Linux). Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
