Role Overview:
AG Elevators is looking for experienced and result-oriented Business Development Managers with a robust background in the elevator industry.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in elevator sales, lead conversion, customer handling, site visits, relationship building, and business development. This is a field-oriented role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and market-development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop new business opportunities for elevator solutions. Handle enquiries and convert qualified prospects into customers. Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and product discussions. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.



Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals. Follow up consistently with prospects until closure. Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, architects, contractors, and consultants. Develop business within the assigned territory. Maintain regular sales follow-ups and update lead status accurately. Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and project teams during the sales process. Track competitor activity, market opportunities, and customer requirements. Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent AG Elevators professionally in all customer and partner interactions. Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Elevator / Lift Sales. Mechanical Engineering background is mandatory. Strong knowledge of the elevator industry and sales process. Comfortable with on-site meetings and field sales. Own laptop is mandatory. Own 2-wheeler is
