As the Department Head, you will be the custodian of the resort’s financial health, driving financial strategy, managing cash flow, ensuring strict statutory compliances, and optimizing operational profitability. You will act as a key strategic advisor to the General Manager, translating complex financial data into business strategies that safeguard our margins while maintaining world-class luxury standards. Department Head Responsibilities 1. Strategic Financial Leadership & Control Complete Ownership: Formulate, implement, and monitor the resort's annual operating budgets, capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans,



and financial forecasts. Profitability Management: Deeply analyze departmental profitability (F&B;, Rooms, Wellness/Spa) and work aggressively with other HODs to optimize margins and curb leakages. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the resort’s cash flows, working capital requirements, and fund allocations efficiently. Executive Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial performance reviews, variance reports, and KPI dashboards directly to the General Manager and corporate stakeholders. 2. Airtight Internal Controls & Cost Auditing SOP Implementation: Design, enforce, and audit internal financial control systems across all revenue-generating departments to minimize leakages and prevent fraud. Asset Management: Maintain complete control over the resort’s fixed asset register, capital expenditures, and depreciation schedules. Purchase Alignment: Partner with the Materials/Purchase
