Build REVO’s Residential Solar Distribution Engine
India is moving rapidly from buying electricity to producing electricity.
At REVO, we are building the next-generation residential solar business — making rooftop solar simpler, more affordable and more accessible to homeowners across India.
We are now building a high-performance B2B channel partner network to take residential solar deep into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
And we are looking for the person who will build that network from the ground up.
This is not a conventional sales-management role.
You will be responsible for building REVO's Channel Partnership & Distribution Engine — identifying the right businesses, appointing partners, activating them, making them productive and scaling the network.
If you have spent the last several years building dealer, distributor, retailer, channel partner or franchise networks, this could be an exceptional opportunity to build something much larger.
THE ROLE
As Head — Channel Partnerships & Distribution, you will own the strategy and execution for REVO's B2B residential solar channel.
Your job is straightforward:
Build the network. Activate the network. Scale the network.
You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team and will have significant ownership over:
- Channel strategy and go-to-market
- Dealer and distributor acquisition
- Solar partner recruitment
- Territory development
- Channel sales
- Partner activation
- Partner productivity
- Channel economics
- Sales targets and revenue
- Regional expansion
- Partner training and enablement
- Channel CRM and performance management
You will initially focus on Western Uttar Pradesh, with the mandate
