About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic System Administrator Intern to join our IT team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in system administration, network support, server management, and IT infrastructure.

The selected candidate will work closely with the technical team and receive hands-on exposure to maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other IT systems.
- Support system administrators in monitoring servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Assist with user account creation, access management, and permission configuration.
- Perform basic system updates, software installations, and security checks.
- Assist with backup and data recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to the senior team.




- Maintain IT asset and system documentation.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Follow IT security policies and best practices.
- Learn and assist with basic server administration and cloud infrastructure tasks.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common system and network issues.
- Basic understanding of servers and virtualization is an advantage.
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
