Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to end-users on desktop issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

- Install, configure, and maintain servers and workstations to ensure optimal performance.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using various tools such as ping, traceroute, etc.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in IT administration or related field.

- Robust knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and basic networking concepts.

- Proficiency in installing/configuring/maintaining servers/workstations.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose common problems quickly.
