We're seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. You'll work closely with our development team to build, implement and maintain high-quality frontend applications.

Role Overview:

- Manage all pre and post-onboarding activities.
- Create and configure accounts in Google Workspace, Slack, OneLogin, Jira, GitHub, and other SaaS applications - able to understand code and execute
- Set up laptops with required applications, VPN, security tools,



and configurations.
- Handle user mismatch and access-related alerts.
- Manage offboarding, including access removal, backups, and licence revocation.
- Troubleshoot SSH login issues on laptops, VS Code Remote SSH, claude ,SSH keys/configuration, and gssh-agent.
- Maintain accurate user, access, licence, and asset records.
- Coordinate with users and internal teams until issues are resolved.

Key Skill Requirements:

- Experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support
- Good understanding of Linux, SSH, VPN, DNS, and basic networking
- Scripting in Bash
- Strong communication and ownership
