Key Responsibilities

1. Conducting detailed site surveys to measure land features, boundaries, and topography.
2. Using surveying tools (e.g., total stations, GPS) to collect precise site data.
3. Creating maps, reports, and digital models for use by architects and engineers.
4. Setting out reference points for construction work based on architectural and engineering plans.
5. Ensuring structures are built in the correct location and alignment.

- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity estimates from drawings.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and quantity reconciliation

• Verify contractor bills, subcontractor bills and supplier invoices.
- Prepare rate analyses for new and extra items.

- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Track variations, change orders, and claims.
