Job Purpose

Management of the overall Commercial Activities for Gujarat & Uttar Pradesh. Planning and executing monthly/quarterly/annual closure schedules. Preparation of Accounts, budgeting and managing financial information. Closure work on cost & profitability product wise, area wise.

Kra

- Ensure sales transactions are booked as per approved sanctions and maintain proper tracking of all supporting documents and records.

- Processing of distribution and admin bills as per approved authorities.

- Maintain Budget vs. Actual analysis of administrative and distribution costs for effective cost control.

- Manage negotiations with handling and transport agents and provide operational support to the distribution team.

- Major work in time constraint.

- Subsidy – Document compliance as per Auditor’s requirement.

- Material receipts document from Plant/Port to State, Rake point to warehouse & Rail RR,



Truck wise physical document verification from auditor for subsidy purposes.

- Preparing monthly Management reports on cost & benefit, Profitability analysis and cost variance analysis.

- Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C reconciliation, ITC reconciliation with books, and other tax compliance activities.

- Timely & accurately closing of Accounts and preparation MIS reports for GUJARAT & UTTAR PRADESH complying statutory and internal financial accounting systems.

- To ensure the management of operating cash flows vis-a-vis reconciliation and preparation of books of accounts for the receivables and payables of the business.

- Comply with statutory legislations as applicable to the business in terms of subsidy framework of the Government of India.

- Provide support for system updates and ensure effective coordination with the Sales Team and MHO Office.
