About The Job:

The successful candidate will strengthen demand-change visibility, improve supply-demand alignment, and drive early-warning risk management across the material portfolio. The role works closely with BE Planning, Procurement, CM sites, GSM/GCM, Analytics, and Project Atlas teams to improve forecast accuracy and bias, validate CM Portal data quality, and support Atlas S/4HANA CM MRP User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment readiness.

This role will perform the following recurring activities: • CM Material Team &

• BE Planning Interface: serve as the primary planning interface between the CM Material team and BE Planning; consolidate and communicate material plans and demand signals to CM sites; coordinate regular plan reviews; resolve build-plan versus material-plan misalignment; and maintain trackers for demand changes, supply commitments, risks, and open actions. • CS Demand Change &

• CM Strategy Alignment: align CS demand changes with CM strategy, including plant phase-in, phase-out, and site-allocation decisions; translate upside, downside, site swings, cancellations, pull-ins, and push-outs into actionable supply, reallocation, and transition plans. • Supply / Demand Management &

• Demand-Change Visibility: enhance supply-demand balancing through DSI, WOI/WOS, shortage, excess, and liability analysis; consolidate CM and internal forecast data; and drive mitigation actions such as site balancing, PO cancellation, push-out, buyback, or re-sell. • Early-Warning Signals &

• Risk Mitigation: monitor demand volatility, supply constraints, and potential material liability; identify high- and medium-risk items; link gaps to root cause, owner, mitigation path, and closure plan; and escalate unresolved risks through appropriate governance channels. • Forecast Accuracy &

• Bias Improvement: measure forecast accuracy and bias using agreed planning metrics,



including MAPE and forecast bias; analyze forecast-versus-actual variances; provide feedback to BE Planning; and maintain KPI dashboards and management reporting. • CM Portal Data Quality &

• Validation: reconcile and validate planning data across CM Portal, ERP, and related systems; identify discrepancies; coordinate corrective actions with process owners; and support continuous improvement of data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy. • Atlas S4 CM MRP UAT Support: prepare test scenarios, execute tests, track defects and issues, perform retesting, and complete business validation; validate MRP outputs, planning logic, master-data conversion, reports, and interfaces; and document readiness for deployment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

- At least 5-8 years of experience in demand planning, material planning, supply planning, procurement, supply chain operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills, with the ability to translate demand changes into supply actions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including large-data handling, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Working knowledge of ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, MRP, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Experience with CM planning, inventory and liability management, DSI / WOI, or forecast-accuracy improvement is preferred.
- Experience supporting data validation, data-quality improvement, UAT, defect management, or system implementation is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, S&OP; / IBP, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is preferred.
- Knowledge of semiconductor, storage, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing supply chains is preferred.

- Solid understanding of material planning, MRP logic, demand-supply balancing, and CM operations.
- Ability to analyze demand changes, identify risks, and drive timely mitigation and closure.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across Procurement, Planning, CM sites, IT, Analytics, and project teams.
- Digital mindset with a strong focus on data quality, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
- High integrity, professional standards, and good command of spoken and written English.
