– Supply Chain Manager

Location: Multiple Sites / Head Office

Department: Supply Chain / Operations

Reports To: Head – Operations / Management

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely availability of materials, efficient inventory management, vendor coordination and cost-effective movement of goods across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage procurement, material movement, inventory and distribution.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, consumables, spares and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, operations, finance and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, shortages and excess inventory.
- Develop and maintain reorder levels and material planning systems.
- Manage vendors, transporters and logistics partners.
- Monitor delivery schedules, lead times and service levels.
- Control logistics and supply chain costs.
- Track material consumption and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Establish systems for stock reconciliation and prevent pilferage/wastage.
- Maintain accurate supply chain MIS and management dashboards.




- Develop SOPs and standardize supply chain processes across sites.
- Identify supply risks and ensure business continuity through contingency planning.

Required Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain/procurement/logistics.
- Experience managing multi-site operations preferred.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, procurement, logistics and vendor management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and team-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/ERP/MIS.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
