Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement coordination, inventory, complete warehouse operations, logistics, order fulfillment, vendor management, and supply planning.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, timely customer deliveries, cost optimization, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to customer delivery.

Manage complete warehouse activities including receiving, GRN, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and stock reconciliation.

Plan and monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, slow/non-moving, excess, and shortage stock.

Implement and manage barcode-based inventory and warehouse processes for stock identification, tracking, picking, and dispatch.

Ensure stock accuracy and proper inventory traceability through ERP/barcode systems.

Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Logistics teams.

Monitor purchase orders, supplier deliveries, pending orders, and material availability.

Manage vendors, transporters, and logistics partners and monitor their performance.





Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer delivery.

Optimize warehouse, transportation, inventory, and logistics costs.

Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to inventory, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and order fulfillment.

Monitor supply chain KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities.

Lead and manage warehouse/supply chain teams and ensure operational targets are achieved.

Support ERP/WMS implementation and process automation.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory, Procurement, or Distribution.

Hands-on experience managing complete warehouse operations.

Experience in barcode implementation and inventory management systems.

Robust knowledge of inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and vendor management.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, ERP/WMS systems.

Strong analytical, communication, coordination, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Experience in Electrical/Electronics, Distribution, Trading, Manufacturing, or E-commerce is preferred.
