– New-Age Business / Supply Chain Finance

Role Purpose

We are looking for a business development professional to drive client acquisition among funded startups and emerging corporates .

The role involves building strong relationships with Founders, CFOs, and senior decision-makers and offering tailored Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and working-capital solutions, including:

- Vendor Financing
- Dealer Financing
- Invoice Discounting
- Structured Working Capital Solutions

The incumbent will be responsible for originating and closing lending opportunities as well as structuring and placing transactions through a wide network of lending partners. The role requires strong financial acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and active engagement within the VC, PE, CA and startup ecosystem to build a consistent, high-quality deal pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of funded startups and recent-age businesses .
- Drive new client acquisition and onboarding.
- Structure and originate Supply Chain Finance programs with recurring utilization potential.
- Engage with Founders, CFOs and senior stakeholders to understand financing requirements.
- Develop solid relationships across the VC, PE, CA and startup ecosystem .
- Originate, structure, negotiate and close lending transactions.




- Work closely with credit, operations and lending partners for seamless deal execution.
- Develop referral partnerships to generate sustained inbound deal flow.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting and origination through deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Working Capital and Supply Chain Finance products .
- Experience in client acquisition and business development .
- Credit evaluation and financial analysis.
- Deal structuring and negotiation.
- Understanding of NBFC/lending frameworks and policies .
- Strong sales, pipeline management and deal-closure capabilities.
- Ability to engage effectively with Founders, CFOs, investors and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, relationship-management and presentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in NBFCs, FinTechs, Banks, Supply Chain Finance, Structured Finance, Working Capital Lending or startup-focused lending businesses will be preferred.

Exposure to funded startups, emerging corporates, VC/PE networks and new-age businesses would be highly relevant.
