Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities, including procurement coordination, inventory management, order processing, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, stock movements, and shipments.
- Follow up with vendors regarding orders, pricing, timelines, and pending deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly supply chain reports.
- Identify delays, discrepancies, and operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.
- Work closely with the sales, finance, warehouse, and procurement teams.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Operations..
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Experience with ERP/software systems will be an advantage.
