Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Management role based in Turbhe. The role involves managing procurement activities for travel-related goods and services, coordinating with suppliers, and negotiating terms to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.

The professional will monitor and control inventory levels for fleet-related materials, tickets, and other operational supplies, maintaining accurate records and implementing reorder processes. Day-to-day tasks include tracking supply chain performance, identifying bottlenecks, optimizing logistics routes, and collaborating with operations and finance teams to align supply planning with service schedules and budget. The role also requires preparing periodic reports, maintaining compliance with internal policies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data,



monitor key supply chain metrics, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and partners, and to document processes clearly.
- Proficiency in Procurement activities, including vendor management, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Experience in Inventory Management, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, and demand planning.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, logistics coordination, and process optimization.
- Comfort with basic ERP or inventory software and strong MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive team environment.
