Role Purpose

FABO is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to manage the end-to-end flow of materials across its growing franchise and retail network. The role will own procurement, vendor management, inventory, warehouse operations, logistics and order fulfilment, with robust emphasis on managing the supply chain digitally through the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage sourcing and procurement of chemicals, packaging materials, consumables, accessories, equipment and other operational requirements. Develop vendors, negotiate commercials, manage POs, lead times, quality and supplier performance.

- Inventory & Warehouse Management: Maintain optimum stock levels, define min/max and reorder levels, manage GRN, inward/outward movement, stock transfers, cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation. Control slow-moving, non-moving and excess inventory.

- Logistics & Fulfilment: Manage dispatches to FABO franchise stores, track shipments and coordinate transport/courier partners to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full)



delivery while optimizing logistics costs.

- Zoho Inventory: Hands-on management of items/SKUs, purchase orders, sales orders, warehouses, stock transfers, adjustments, reorder levels, batches, fulfilment and inventory reports.

- Zoho Books: Working knowledge of the procurement-to-payment and order-to-cash processes, including purchase bills, vendor transactions, invoices, taxes and inventory/accounting reconciliation in coordination with Finance.

- Zoho Commerce / E-commerce: Manage and coordinate FABO's online material ordering process, product catalogue, SKU availability, order processing, inventory synchronization and fulfilment.

- SCM Analytics: Develop dashboards for inventory ageing, stock availability, fill rate, purchase trends, vendor performance, logistics cost and inventory turnover.

- Establish scalable SOPs and controls for procurement, warehouse, inventory and dispatch as FABO expands its store network.
