- Validate and clean up data across GSM systems; identify discrepancies and resolve them with business users
- Digitize contracts — extract and enter key metadata, index documents, and quality-check against source records
- Drive approvals to closure — own follow-ups with stakeholders, maintain aging trackers, and escalate stalled items
- Resolve issues raised by business users; triage, action, or route with clear documentation
- Support supplier onboarding — documentation checks, record creation, and coordination with requestors
- Collaborate with IT in an Agile setup — raise defects, perform UAT, validate enhancements
- Handle data entry, SOP / training documentation, and other tactical activities as business needs evolve

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement support,



contract administration, or data operations
- Strong Power Point and Excel skills — lookups, pivot tables, data reconciliation and cleanup
- High attention to detail with proven accuracy on high-volume record work
- Strong communication skills — able to follow up with senior stakeholders persistently and professionally
- Ability to manage multiple tools / activities independently and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Comfortable learning new enterprise tools quickly
- Willingness to overlap with [US/EMEA] time zones for global stakeholder calls

Desired Skills

- Exposure to CDP, Ariba, SCW or similar supplier/contract management platforms
- Experience in an Agile setting (Jira or equivalent)
- Contract administration / CLM or vendor master data experience
- Supplier onboarding or procurement operations background
- Familiarity with high-tech or hardware supply chain environments
- Basic prompt engineering skills with LLMs would be a plus
