Supervise RHMS operations to ensure safe, continuous, and productive handling of raw materials for uninterrupted DRI plant operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operation of crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, and hoppers.
- Ensure continuous and proper material flow as per production requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Monitor material spillage, choking, and housekeeping.
- Maintain shift records, equipment checklists, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with Control Room, Production, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Ensure proper start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.

- RHMS/crusher/conveyor operation knowledge
- Team handling and shift supervision
- Basic equipment troubleshooting
