Role Description The Supervisor is a full-time,part - time,, responsible for overseeing daily operations and supporting a team to meet sales and service targets. This role incExperience supervising or leading teams in retail, direct selling, or customer-facing environments.

Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities to support and motivate diverse team members.

Solid organizational and time-management skills, including scheduling, prioritizatiotware and digital communication tools for reporting and coordination.





Customer service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain client relationships.

Understanding of sales processes, targets, and performance metrics; prior exposure to wellness or FMCG products is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum, including flexibility for peak business hours and occasional weekends.

Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred, oludes monitoring staff performance, coordinating schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Supervisor will guide and motivate team members, provide coaching and feedback, and resolve operational and customer service issues in a timely manner. The position involves maintaining product knowledge, supporting inventory management, and collaborating with management to implement promotions and process improvements.

The Supervisor will also prepare basic reports on performance metrics and contribute to a positive, professional workplace culture.
