We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven On-Platform Advertising specialist to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns for smartphones across Flipkart. This role involves implementing ad campaigns, monitoring performance, and maximizing ad revenue while ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and running Display ads and Search on Flipkart
Monitor analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess ad performance.
Collaborate with marketing, Sales, content, and design teams for seamless and end to end
execution
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing
strategies and business goals.
Troubleshoot ad delivery issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.
Generate and share daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest insights and
improvements.
Requirement :
Hands-on experience with Flipkart Ads – both Display Ads and Search Ads.
Knowledge of latest ad solutions offered by Flipkart.
Solid understanding of campaign strategy, optimization & performance tracking
Ability to analyze data and drive high-performing campaigns
A mindset focused on ROI, scaling, and continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
