Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Pharmaceutical Industries to devise, execute, and refine strategic plans aligned with annual sales targets.n
- Cultivate and nurture team-oriented relationships with marketing counterparts, Media agencies, media vendors, and key stakeholders.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating with activation teams within media agency partnerships.n
- Foster connections with Pharmaceutical members, with special emphasis on representatives from prominent healthcare and pharmaceutical brands.n
- Manage day-to-day execution and supervision of national media strategies to enhance our relevance initiatives.n
- Identify optimization opportunities based on evolving market dynamics and insights gained from past experiences.n
- Lead audience-related initiatives, offering guidance on new prospects and recommending strategies for team members involved in pharmaceutical digital campaigns.n




- Stay abreast of marketplace developments to identify emerging opportunities and collaborate with the sales head to capitalize on them.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate new business prospects.n

nQualifications:

- Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.n
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.n
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.n
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.n
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business management networks.n
- Prior experience in media planning and activation would be advantageous.n
