We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant with 4+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience and strong hands-on expertise in Compensation and Variable Pay configuration, implementation, and support.

The candidate should have robust experience in configuring compensation processes, conducting requirement workshops, supporting global/multi-country implementations, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective compensation solutions.SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay certification is mandatory, along with experience in at least 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- 510 years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Compensation & Variable Pay
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Certification – Mandatory
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
- Experience in implementation as well as production support
- Experience in global/multi-country deployments




- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
- Configure Compensation Templates, Salary Planning, Budget Allocation, Guidelines, and Eligibility Rules.
- Configure Route Maps, Planner Permissions, Compensation Statements, Proration Rules, and Lookup Tables.
- Configure annual Merit, Bonus, Promotion, and Off-cycle Compensation processes.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, MDF Objects, XML templates, and RBP permissions.
- Gather business requirements and conduct workshops, design discussions, and process walkthroughs.
- Support data imports, exports, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare test cases and provide support for SIT, UAT, defect management, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot compensation calculations, forms, statements, permissions, workflows, and data issues. Role & responsibilities
