Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales SME to support the Sales Manager in improving team performance, revenue generation, and sales quality. The ideal candidate should have strong core sales experience, preferably in cold calling and outbound sales, along with the ability to coach, audit, and train sales agents for continuous performance improvement.
The role involves monitoring sales calls, improving call pitches, analyzing lead utilization, maintaining performance trackers, and driving overall sales effectiveness through structured coaching and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales associates to drive team revenue growth
Audit sales calls and provide actionable feedback to agents
¢ Train agents on call pitch, objection handling, and conversion techniques
¢ Monitor lead utilization and follow-up effectiveness
¢ Identify performance gaps and conduct refresher training sessions
¢ Maintain daily/weekly performance reports in Google Sheets or Excel
¢ Track KPIs including conversions, productivity, and call quality
¢ Deliver team revenue targets
Required Skills
¢ Strong understanding of sales processes and cold calling
¢ Excellent communication and coaching skills
¢ Experience in call auditing and quality analysis
¢ Strong analytical and reporting skills
¢ Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
¢ Ability to work in a target-driven environment
¢ Robust leadership and team collaboration abilities
Eligibility Criteria
¢ Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Individual Contributor in core sales
¢ Preferred experience in cold calling / outbound sales
¢ Prior experience in team training or mentoring a sales team is an added advantage
