Job Overview

Image Creative Education is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – UI/UX & Graphic Design to lead and mentor students while delivering industry-focused training in UI/UX and graphic design. The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge, teaching experience, and the ability to guide students in developing industry-ready skills and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and practical training in UI/UX Design and Graphic Design.
- Mentor students through hands-on projects, assignments, and portfolio development.
- Teach UI/UX concepts including user research, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, usability testing, and design systems.
- Train students in graphic design principles including typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Provide guidance on real-world design projects and industry best practices.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and update course content based on current industry trends and requirements.
- Conduct workshops, design activities, and practical sessions.
- Help students prepare professional portfolios and become industry-ready.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to improve the overall learning experience.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of UI/UX Design and Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD or equivalent design tools.
- Good understanding of UX research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, branding, and layout.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and graphic design projects.
- Ability to explain complex design concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Eligibility

- 5–8 years of relevant teaching/training experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
- Candidates with strong industry experience combined with teaching/mentoring experience are preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, UI/UX, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
