Founded in 2016 by Simran Lal and Raul Rai, Nicobar is a modern, mindful, design-led lifestyle brand from India.

We’re reimagining a contemporary Indian way of living, dressing, and looking at the world—rooted in culture, shaped by design, and guided by intention. At Nicobar, we believe in culture as much as commerce, and that how we build is just as important as what we build.

Our studio is tucked away in Tulsi Farms, Chhatarpur, Delhi. Nestled among trees, seasonal gardens, a citrus grove, and our beloved dogs Nico & Dot, we call it “the Treehouse.” It earned its name when our architect reworked the blueprint to protect every single tree on the land. It’s a space where creativity brims and energy flows.

Experience: 3–5 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Stylist with strong experience in fashion and lifestyle styling.



The role involves developing and executing styling concepts for catalogue and campaign shoots, ensuring a cohesive brand aesthetic and commercially relevant product presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Photodeck Creation: Collaborate with the Photography team to create comprehensive photodecks for model selection, including styling direction, HMU references, and look development.
- Work closely with the Design team to develop cohesive looks, product pairings, and styling ensembles for each collection drop.
- Lead styling for catalogue, campaign, and other brand-led shoots.
- Collaborate with photographers, hair and makeup artists, and other creative professionals to execute complete looks.
- Provide expert product and styling knowledge, ensuring solid merchandising and visual presentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to communicate workflows, timelines, and styling requirements.
- Manage sourcing of clothing, fabrics, accessories, makeup, and other wardrobe requirements.
- Strong understanding of fashion styling, product pairing, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent eye for colour, proportion, texture, and composition.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple collection drops and deliver within timelines.
